Residential Program

Eggleston Youth Centers, Inc. (EYC) was established in 1974 in response to the growing numbers of children who were being displaced from troubled homes, the Graham foundation opened a six-bed youth home in the heart of the inner city of Los Angeles.

Today, Eggleston Youth Centers, Inc., helps hundreds of youth reach beyond the circumstances that brought them to our doors by offering something most have never had: a peaceful and supportive treatment home environment. Within the center, our trained and committed staff help residents develop a personal vision for the future, life goals, and step onto a new path towards success with supportive supervision and quality therapeutic, recreational, educational, spiritual, and vocational services.

Eggleston has eight state licensed group homes located throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. The paradigm employed by the agency is designed to provide foster youth with a family style milieu supporting opportunities to develop into emotionally healthy and successful individuals. The framework of the paradigm is based on a strength building therapeutic environment consisting of remediation of dysfunctional behaviors and changing unhealthy lifestyles
